What to expect during your treatments?
During your first visit I will take in your health history and ask you health related questions relating to the focus of our treatments. It is important that you let me know in complete confidence of any health issues you may have so that our treatments may be safe and effective. I will perform a short assessment and then we may begin with your treatment. This should not take longer than 10 -15 min. For any consecutive visits we can go straight into the treatments unless there are any new concerns you would like to raise.Massage Therapy during pregnancy

Massage therapy reduces stress, promotes relaxation, relieves muscle tension, increases circulation, reduces pregnancy-related swelling and develops sensory awareness necessary to relax during the 1st stage of labour. Ultimately the mother is more relaxed and able to progress faster and with more energy through labour.
